Shipping & Delivery
We ship daily excluding weekends and holidays. Same day shipment for most items. We ship via Fedex, UPS and USPS. We offer Economy, Priority and Express Service. Delivery time varies depending on customer's preferred carrier and shipping method. You will receive a shipment notification by email confirming Shipment Date, Shipping Method , and Tracking or DOC number. 
International Buyers - Please Take Note: Import duties, taxes, tariff and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. Please check with your Customs Service to determine these costs prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the Carrier at delivery. They are transferred to the Customs Service or other governmental agency. They are not additional Shipping charges. International Postal Service shipments include DOC number but have limited tracking availability.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for an exchange, an upgrade, store credit or a refund. Refund: Returns for refund must arrive within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. There are no re-stocking or handling fees. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping to the Seller. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will use the original payment method. Refunds are limited to the item value. Shipping charges are excluded.
Please use the Orders and Returns link to intiate the return process. When making a return please include a note with the Name the item was purchased under, your Shipping Address, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange, upgrade, store credit or refund.

Physical damage to any product purchased at Comsiscomputer.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.

Ordering
An order is not binding upon Comsiscomputer.com until it is accepted; Comsiscomputer.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Comsiscomputer.com.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped out. Please call 1-480-612-0666 during Comsiscomputer.com's hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your order ID number or customer name ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-480-612-0666 during Comsiscomputer.com's hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
